Finance simulation   Here is a fairly complex spreadsheet (Excel) that simulates the finances of a manufacturing company.   Based on a handful of variables it creates financial statements for twelve years.  (Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow Statements)   The simulation also values the company based on the discounted free cash flows forecasted.   A handy section shows some key performance graphs and ratios.  It helps to have Excel to view and download it and  you may want to make sure that the auto calculation feature is turned on.  The analysis is very detailed, but the variables are easy to manipulate.  Look for the green fields on sheets one and two.  Use the buttons provided to change the capital structure and sales price (revenue).  There is also a detailed explanation of the simulation's drivers on the last sheet.
